Documents show employees of D&L Energy Group company were directed to dump up to 20-thousand gallons of fracking wastewater down a storm drain in Youngstown last week.
The documents show it happened when a large storage tank was being cleaned by an employee. Two state regulatory agencies are investigating. Company officials have yet to comment. The documents were obtained by The Youngstown Vindicator.
