New data from the Ohio Secretary of State's office shows more than three times as many Democrats cast Republican ballots in the March primary, as compared with the number of GOP voters who marked Democratic ballots. Republican Secretary of State Jon Husted.
Husted says Ohioans who previously were not affiliated with a party prior to the primary also voted Republican at a higher rate. Ohio voters do not identify party affiliation when registering, but are considered affiliated with the party they vote for in a primary.
