After a 6 month delay the Ohio Department of Education has released school district report cards for the 2011-2012 school year.The state says the Hilliard City Schools made larger academic gains during that period than any other district. The state ranks the Columbus City Schools in the "continuous improvement" category, but the ratings are unofficial because of the ongoing attendance data fixing investigation, which delayed the release of the report cards.
