The State Medical Board has revoked the license of a Dublin physician who allegedly overprescribed painkillers. The Board says Shaban Mahmoud treated patients at the Global Health Clinic in Dublin, and gave at least 10 of them improper prescriptions. His attorney plans an appeal.
