The state is suing the operator of a youth summer camp and an athletic league for charter school students for misspending 550 thousand dollars. The Ohio Attorney General's office says Central Ohio Community Involvement Foundation and founder Bobby Walker of Canal Winchester violated charities laws. Walker is accused of spending charity funds for personal expenses, failing to keep adequate records and other abuses. Walker has yet to comment. In 2003, Walker was convicted of running an identity theft ring in Delaware County.
