State Supreme Court Rules No Appeals For Drilling Permits

The Ohio Supreme Court says after the state’s division of oil and gas issues a drilling permit, there’s no place for critics to appeal. Ohio’s drilling industry is cheering the ruling, while environmental activists are jeering. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
