Columbus, OH – Ohio Governor Ted Strickland is calling for more than 700 million dollars worth of cuts to the state's budget. As Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles reports, jobs will be cut, the lottery will be expanded, and state facilities will be closed under the Governor's plan.
