A Clark County teenager is due to appear in court today on charges of inducing panic for allegedly making a bomb threat against her school in Springfield. Sheriff's deputies say the 17-year-old Greenon High School student used a school computer to send herself a text message indicating a bomb was in the building. Deputies say the teen claimed it was a threat from a rival student.
