A Franklin County grand jury has indicted a Hilliard Davidson High School student on charges of plotting a shooting at the school last year. 17-year-old John Staley III will be tried as an adult on a conspiracy to commit murder charge. The alleged plot was discovered when he shared it with another student, who told school officials. Staley is due back in court next week.
