Students Hit By Delaware Police Cruisers
Two Delaware police officers are under internal investigation for striking two Ohio Wesleyan University students in crosswalks with their cruisers within the last week.
Officer Mark Jackson was cited for failing to yield the right of way and paid a 135 dollar fine for hitting 21-year-old Caroline Welker on Thanksgiving night. She is recovering at home. Police have yet to release the names of those involved in the second case that happened Tuesday night.
