A new study finds the number of uninsured Columbus residents will decline under the Affordable Care Act. The non-partisan Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's review of 14 U.S. cities projects a 61-percent decline in Columbus' uninsured population by 2016. 94 percent of Columbus residents would be covered through their jobs, Medicaid, the health-insurance marketplace or Medicare.
