A successor to the Republican Ohio Senator who resigned amid a sexual harassment scandal has been sworn in. State Representative Robert McColley succeeds Cliff Hite, who resigned in October after propositioning a female state employee. McColley previously served two terms in the House and had been this session's assistant majority whip.
