SUPCO Upholds State's Seizure Of Exotic Animals From Farm

The Ohio Supreme Court has ruled a Stark County judge lacks jurisdiction to order the state to return five tigers and other exotic animals to the farm from which they were seized two weeks ago. The judge ordered the Ohio Department of Agriculture to return the animals to Stump Hill Farm by today.
