Suspect In 2015 Whitehall Slaying Sentenced On Weapons Charges

A Whitehall man acquitted on murder charges last month has been sentenced to four years in prison on weapons charges. 28-year-old Donald Nelson was cleared of killing 28-year-old Gregory Smith in an Eastway Court apartment complex following an argument. But a judge convicted him of possessing a gun during the confrontation.
