Suspect Charged In Reynoldsburg Shooting

Reynoldsburg police have charged a man with a fatal September shooting at a local apartment complex. 24-year-old Lance Ford is charged with killing 34-year-old Santonio Carpenter at the Century City complex near Brice Road. No word on a motive
