The Chillicothe man charged with killing his sister-in-law on Tuesday died Wednesday at Miami Valley Hospital. 34-year-old Jerry Way died of a self inflicted gunshot wound. Police in Richmond, Indiana say he was taken into custody late Tuesday after shooting himself in a parked vehicle. Way is charged with killing 28-year-old April Lazar at his home in the 500 block of Laurel Street. No word on a motive.
