Columbus Police say a second suspect has been arrested in the 2005 burning death of a man at a Franklinton home.Police say Shane Albert was arrested Wednesday in the October 2005 death of Charles Calloway at a home on South Dakota Avenue. Julius Taylor was sentenced last summer to 25 years in prison. Police say the two doused the victim with gasoline in an attempt to get information about a shooting.
