Whitehall police say a 66-year-old man with a lengthy criminal record is charged in several central Ohio burglaries. Police arrested Joseph Churchill yesterday after he allegedly broke into three Stelzer Road businesses. Police in Whitehall, Columbus, Reynoldsburg and Pickerington say Churchill is the suspect in at least 15 break-ins.
