Suspect In Multiple Rapes Arrested

Columbus police say they have arrested a serial rapist. Gary Naphier was arrested last night at his home after he allegedly assaulted a neighbor. Napier is under investigation for three other rapes dating back to 2011. Charges in those attacks are pending.
