Franklin County Sheriff's Office

A South Linden man will serve 13 years in prison for a shooting that wounded two teenagers who were walking home from a Linden-McKinley High School football game last fall. Prosecutors say 20-year-old Malyk Dumas shot and wounded a 15-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl on Kohr Place following a dispute between Dumas and the male victim.

Jim has been with WCBE since 1996. Before that he worked as a reporter at another Columbus radio station, and for three newspapers in Southwest Florida.
