Franklin County Sheriff's deputies have arrested two suspects in a fatal shooting in Mifflin Township last Thursday night. Deputies have arrested 28-year-old Bradley Lubell and a 16-year-old male for robbery, murder and assault. Deputies say 34-year-old James Black was killed and his 37-year-old roommate Erik Taylor was wounded at a home on the 2400 block of Lindale Avenue.
