The Franklin County Sheriff's Office says two people charged in the death of a 16-month-old girl have turned themselves in. 29-year-old Michael Wilder and 23-year-old Greta Sahatciu face criminal charges. Investigators say Maiya Wilder was unresponsive and had a very high body temperature when her father took her to a Columbus hospital on June 29th. She died two days later. Detectives say the toddler was left unattended for 10 hours in a bedroom with a space heater on.
