Columbus, OH – After extensive campaigns to encourage residents to recycle and continued increases in the amount of items being recycled, the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio is now considering accepting trash from outside of its primary boundary of Franklin County. SWACO's Board of Trustees will discuss the idea at a retreat today. Spokesperson John Remy tells Mike Foley, the proposal stems from the recession and the authority's budget.
