Tall Stacks Festival Delayed

Cincinnati's Tall Stacks festival is on hold again.Organizers have pushed back the date of the steamboat and roots music celebration to 2014. The event was originally scheduled for Cincinnati's riverfront next year, but organizers say they have yet to raise enough money to make the festival a financial success.
