Hamilton County commissioners have approved spending 1.5 million dollars to help fund restoration of historic Memorial Hall in Cincinnati. Total cost of the project is estimated at 8 million dollars. Leaders of the renovation effort say the remainder will be covered with tax credits, grants and private donations.
