Teen Charged In Early Morning Murder

Columbus Police say a 14-year-old boy faces delinquency charges for allegedly shooting and killing a man at a Southeast side apartment complex late last night.

Police say Joseph Reeder killed the man found in an apartment in the 39-hundred block of Elaine Place South near Hamilton Road. Police say Reeder lived at the apartment complex. The name of the victim is being withheld pending notification of relatives.
