Teen Charged With Third Slaying

A Columbus teen charged for his role in the slaying of a convenience store clerk and a teenager in Driving Park last month has been charged with a third homicide. 17-year-old Devonere Simmonds is charged with the July slaying of 22-year-old Quinten Prater, who was killed days after the fatal shooting of convenience store clerk Imran Ashgar and the slaying of 17-year-old Lamont Frazier. Another teen has also been charged in those killings.
