A Chillicothe teenager has been charged with making a phony threat against Wright-Patterson Air Force Base near Dayton. Chillicothe school officials say the 12-year-old boy called a federal crime tip line in February, claiming a staff member would attack the base with sarin gas. The staff member was cleared of any wrongdoing and the student is charged with inducing panic.
