Teen Charged With Throwing Hatchet At Others

Charges are pending against a Lancaster teenager accused of throwing a hatchet at other boys last weekend.Lancaster police say the 14-year-old boy ended a snowball fight with the hatchet and threats to kill two other boys. Police say the teen told them he carried the hatchet and a pocketknife for protection.
