Columbus police say a 13-year-old girl is hospitalized in stable condition after being hit by a Hilliard City School bus while riding her bicycle this morning. The unnamed teen was struck at Whispering Oak Boulevard and Hilliard Rome Road. Police say the girl was not wearing a safety helmet. Police say the driver was not at fault and will not be charged.
