Teens Indicted For Boredom-Fueled Attack

A Hamilton County grand jury has indicted six white teenagers in the beating of a black man because they were bored.

The boys are charged with beating 45-year-old Pat Mahaney on August 11th in North College Hill as he was returning home with a six-pack of beer. Police have said the attack was not racially motivated. Mahaney was hospitalized for four days.
