Teens Sue Over State Voting Rule

A group of 17-year-olds backed by Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders has filed a lawsuit against Republican Ohio Secretary of State Jon Husted, claiming they should be allowed to vote to nominate a presidential candidate as they would in other races. At issue is a rule that says primary voters elect presidential convention delegates, rather than nominate a particular candidate.
