Texting Ban Takes Effect Friday - Part One

A state law passed in the spring takes effect on Friday, making Ohio the 39th state to ban texting while driving.The law will impact adult and teen drivers differently. In the first of his two part series, Statehouse Correspondent Bill Cohen focuses on what the law will mean for adults.
