Texting Ban Takes Effect Friday - Part Two

Ohio's ban on texting while driving takes effect today.There will be a six month grace period where police will issue warnings to motorists. But next year, violators could be issued tickets for 150 dollars. In the last of his two part series, Statehouse Correspondent Bill Cohen reports on how the law will impact teen drivers.
