Third Person Charged In Slaying Of Pizza Delivery Driver

Columbus police have arrested a third person in the fatal shooting of a pizza delivery driver in July.  20-year-old Latrell Richey is charged with with aggravated murder in the death of James Flannery. Also charged are 18-year-old Sir Jeffrey Scott Carroll Junior and a 13-year-old Jalen Hughes. Police say the trio lured the victim to a vacant home to rob him.
