Three City Workers Resign Amid Misconduct Allegations

A Columbus city engineer and two code inspectors have resigned after an internal investigation found they misused city vehicles and clocked in for each other when not working.

The city says 43-year-old James Bushby, 51-year-old Richard Ratcliff, and 60-year-old Peter Biscus resigned after being shown videotaped evidence of the allegations. The city says the incidents likely took place over several years.
