Three People Slain On South Side

Columbus police say a convenience store clerk in Driving Park was shot and killed during a robbery late last night. Police say one of the two men who robbed the store at East Livingston and Lilley Avenues shot and killed 34-year-old Imran Ashgar. No arrests have been made. It was one of three deaths on the South Side in the last 24 hours. Police say a person was found dead in a burning van in the 11 hundred block of Rhoades Avenue. The body of a person who was shot and killed was found near Oakwood Avenue and Forest Street. Names of those two victims have yet to be released.
