Columbus, OH – The state agency that managed Ohio's share of the tobacco settlement money is now history. But the lawsuit over the decision to eliminate that agency and what happens to its money goes on in a two day hearing in Columbus that started Monday. Statehouse correspondent Karen Kasler reports.
