Columbus, OH – Ohio has just passed a milestone, training more than 3,000 police officers how to deal with people who have mental problems. Law enforcement and judicial officials say the special training not only helps citizens in need....but also makes the streets safer for police. Ohio Public Radio's Bill Cohen reports.
