Franklin County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man suspected in multiple fatal shootings Tuesday evening in Ross and Highland counties. 31-year-old Jeffrey Holsinger was arrested last night in Galloway. He is suspected of shooting and killing 35-year-old Steven Mottie Junior in a Highland County home, and later shooting two other people in Ross County, one of them fatally. Those victims have not been identified. Robbery is the suspected motive.
