A Michigan truck driver will serve 15 months in prison for altering his log book after causing a fatal crash in Pickaway County last September. 42-year-old Tracy Ferrell was sentenced yesterday on a tampering with evidence charge. Prosecutors say he collided with a car on U.S. Route 23, killing the driver, 42-year-old Amy Schneider. Prosecutors say Ferrell then tore a page from his log that showed he had been driving more hours than the law allows.
