Ohio Division of Wildlife officials are trying to determine if turkey manure running in the Little Ottawa River in Lima is responsible for killing more than 5 thousand fish last weekend. Officials say rain washed turkey manure that had been spread on a field July 31 into the creek. The owner hired a private contractor to spread the manure. Sanctions are possible.
