A Worthington City Council member is charged with groping a teenage intern. Police say 43-year-old Joseph Davis assaulted the 17-year-old girl in a back room at his downtown business. Meanwhile a former Council member in the southwest Ohio village of Pleasant Plain is facing child pornography charges. Nicholas Smith resigned after his arrest this week on charges of downloading and sharing images of child-sex.
