Two Logan County Schools Superindentents Indicted

Logan County Sheriff's Office

Two married school superintendents in Logan County are facing charges of abusing children. Indian Lake Schools Superintendent Patrick O'Donnell has been indicted on rape and sexual battery charges.  His wife, Midwest Regional Educational Service Center Superintendent Heather O'Donnell, has been indicted for child endangering.  Patrick O'Donnell is accused of having sexual contact with a 13-year-old girl who was not an Indian Lake student. His wife is accused of not reporting the contact to authorities.
