Two Central Ohio men are facing charges in separate cases of sexual assaults against children.28-year-old Delaware County jail guard Randy Spencer allegedly assaulted a five-year-old girl left in his care in Morrow County. 43-year-old Dublin youth football and baseball coach Ross Shane is accused of asking an officer posing as the father of a 12-year-old boy online to have sex with the child.
