Two Men To Plead Guilty In Central Ohio Man's Death

Federal court records say two inmates who escaped from Louisiana plan to plead guilty in a case that includes charges of abducting and killing a Delaware County business owner. Authorities say Darian "Drake" Pierce and Ricky Wedgeworth escaped from the Louisiana facility on March 4, 2011 and kidnapped Sunbury's David Cupps, who had been staying at a hotel in Vicksburg, Mississippi. Authorities in Alabama found Cupps' body. The inmates were caught ten days later after crashing a truck in Memphis, Tennessee. Pierce and Wedgeworth are charged with kidnapping resulting in death, carjacking, conspiracy and transporting stolen vehicles.
