Two Marion men have been sentenced to two years in prison and five thousand dollars in fines for their roles in fatal road-rage crash that killed a woman last November. Andrew Miller and Richard Stephens will also lose their driver's licenses for life after pleading guilty in the Delaware County crash that killed Stephen's wife, Brenda. Prosecutors say Richard Stephens was in the right lane on U.S. 36 when Miller's car hit Stephens' truck.
