Two people were shot this afternoon just north of the Ohio State University in what Columbus Police say was a home invasion.
Police were called to the apartment at 70 West Northwood shortly after 1, on a report that two people had been shot. Both of the unidentified victims were transported to OSU's Wexner Medical Center. One is considered critical and the other is stable, according to police. OSU emergency management issued a Buckeye Alert to students to shelter in place; it was lifted around 2pm. Police continue to search for a suspect.
