Licking County Sheriff's deputies have arrested two 15-year-old boys in connection with two bomb threats emailed to Watkins Memorial High School on Tuesday and Thursday. The first led to an evacuation, and the second led to a lockdown. Griffin Grover and Conor Colburn are scheduled to appear in court today. Deputies say Colburn, who is not a student, hacked into a student's email account to send the threats. Deputies say the scheme was hatched so that Grover would not have to attend classes.
