An Upper Arlington man will go before a judge this week to face charges in a crash with a bicyclist. Police say Andrew Inglis is charged with drunk driving, failure to stop after an accident and failure to keep an assured clear distance. Inglis allegedly ran into a bike ridden by Steve Wartenburg over the weekend, sending him to a hospital with a host of serious injuries.
